Spend a Virtual Day with Rick Shifting out of Fear and Into Freedom
We begin with a brief Goal and Intention Setting session and go over the use of Zoom so that you can have the best possible day plus we'll talk about making your space sacred for your important day.
After a 30 minute break we'll dive into Core Belief Transformation. There are 8 Positive Core Beliefs and the truer they are for you the better your life is. We'll work on shoring up these beliefs so that you can truly shift out of fear.
After a 90 minute to two hour lunch break we'll return for a 90 minute zoom sessions. We can do Past Life Regression, Emotional Freedom Techniques or Finding and Aligning to Your Life's Purpose.
Then after a 30 minute break we'll return for a final thirty minutes together to help you develop a plan to put this powerful day into action.
As an extra bonus you will get two Spiritual Life Coaching sessions.

During this call we'll figure out just which sessions will be the best for you on your day and pick the day and the timing. In general Saturdays 3 or 4 weeks out usually are the easiest dates to schedule but if we go out further it can be most any day of the week.
